Our lead times depend on how busy we are and are not guaranteed but the following is used as a standard:
Mixed Color products: up to 7 working days excluding dispatch, courier and delivery.
Custom color products: up to 14 working days excluding dispatch, courier and delivery.
ALL SETS ARE MADE ON ORDER
Please note the office or sale agents won't be able to give you "updates on the progress" of your order as all orders are made from scratch when ordered.
This means your order will be sent the moment manufacturing is completed.
